At PCLA, your English will improve - we guarantee it! Our ESL programs are geared toward people who are serious about improving all their English language skills - reading, writing, listening and of course speaking! Our ESL classes follow a communication-based curriculum which includes a class textbook as well as additional daily grammar, pronunciation and skill-building exercises, homework, journal-writing and monthly exams to determine levels of proficiency, improvement and appropriate placement.
